"REGIONAL ELDERS"

The Individuals who make this "REGIONAL" Watch Program effective, are the Elders in the Body of CHRIST. As the Ministers and Saints deploy to the Harvest Field, "points of contact" (POC) and assistance will be needed for them as they are traveling or relocating. This will be provided thru the REGIONAL Elders who are appointed over the Region by the CHURCH Apostle. Certain Elders will be selected by the CHURCH Apostle for the position of "REGIONAL Elders". After review of their qualifications, the selected Elders will be appointed to a specific Region to work. The "REGIONAL Elders" are tasked to be the Spiritual Leaders over the Region, within a specific Territory. These positions are given to the Men of GOD who have proven Faithful in the Gospel. The "REGIONAL Elders" will be required to travel thru-out the Territory or Region they are assigned. They are skilled in the Ministry of the LORD's Word and committed to serving His Children. These qualifications are a must for an "REGIONAL Elder":

1. Willingness to Serve
2. Skilled in the Word
3. Serve in the position of Elder over a year (exceptions may be granted by the CHURCH Apostle)
4. Completed Minister's Development Program
5. Season in the "Field"
6. NOT a Novice
7. Committed to the Gospel
8. Still seeking to grow in CHRIST
