LEADERSHIP

The Body of CHRIST must be an effectively run family with a WATCH-Man whose task it is oversee or rule its operations. This function is found in the Holy Scriptures (I Corinthians 12:28) "Government and Helps" as directed by the Word. The FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP (Executive Structure) is the "Government" portion, which we will outline in this section. There are many elements that comprise a Fellowship, "Government" being one of them. Throughout the Word of GOD, our Father has demanded much of WATCH-Men, who should lead His Children. His directions to them were to be Leadership and NOT just mere men, but strong in character and will. For the Flock is known by the type of Leader it has over them. That is to say, weak Watchman equals a weak flock and a strong Watchman equals strong flock.

The Head must be effective if the rest is to survive. Where there have been poor or weak FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP, there was confusion and uncontrolled conflict. The Fellowship must have strong Leadership in order to wage War on SIN and win. So it is the FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP (Executive Structure), which must be the "Core" directing all of the Fellowship operations. All decisions for the direction of the Fellowship, will be made by the FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP (Executive Structure) through the Spirit of GOD. It is important that the Children of GOD, understand this process in the Fellowship:
