LEADERSHIP

When the Lord required the SEVEN (7) Churches to give an account of their actions; he dealt with them through their WATCH-Men. They were held accountable for the actions of the Fellowship and those whom they allowed to operate outside of the Standards of GOD. So, we must take hold and press our way to meet the Standards in GOD's Word. It is the FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP (Executive Structure), which must set the Fellowship in order with sound decisions. Many do NOT see nor understand the Order and Structure and its functioning in the House of GOD. Thus this is an overview presented for us all. This is NOT an arena for compromise on the Word of GOD, such is a death trap for the FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP. It is NOT a position for one to take care of him/herself, but to serve the rest. Our Father has given it much glory, power, duty, responsibility and honour. Still, to accept such positions and then betray the LORD, is a death warrant. The House of GOD, His Church is NOT nor was it ever meant to be a democracy, but a Hierarchy!

We resist that word, but if we really looked at the Word of GOD, everything is set and NOT open for discussion. We either embrace this life and its rules or just leave it. Our Father, is NOT interested in how we feel about such matters. Therefore it is to the FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP, to set the example in all things that the Children do NOT error in the Faith.

So many have suffered needless due to the weak Leadership which we often allow to ascend to the key positions in the House of GOD. Many have good intentions, but are NOT the Chosen of the LORD, to lead His people. Others have reached out and taken hold of something before their time or been pushed to the forefront by others. They indeed must be the "WATCH-Men" for the Church and cry loud when the "enemy" approaches. Many will in their ignorance rise against such Order and Structure, but perish in their foolishness. For the blind will see only what they desire to see and nothing more. Every true Leader knows that they must stand alone and be counted Faithful in all things. We shall review and discuss these areas:
