"WATCH-MAN"

The WATCHMAN, is the primary Individual responsible for the direction and main FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP. It is essential that this Individual clearly understands their roles and duties to the rest of the flock. There is NO room for confusion or doubt in the Individual concerning the Commandments of GOD. The WATCHMAN, is called or appointed Leader of a "Portion of the Body of CHRIST", according to the system of GOD. He does NOT rule the Body of CHRIST, as a democracy or a dictatorship, but as a Structure set in order by GOD. It is important to note that he must exercise the Authority which comes with his Ministry and the position which he holds in the Body of CHRIST. He must lead by example and NOT by force or pressure that others might serve! The CHURCH Apostle's position can NOT be filled or substituted by anyone who is NOT called to be an Apostle.

It is important that he be available to every Child of GOD, assigned to his "Watch". He must enforce the Standards, Doctrine, Policies and the Word of GOD; before all that he serves. A display of "LOVE", which brings about true unity in the Fellowship Family. At NO time is a display of "Respect of persons" acceptable from him or those around him. He must keep in mind at all times the importance of the "Gospel of GOD/CHRIST. Being tasked NOT to be negligent in stirring the Body's remembrance, of the present truths. He must serve with the knowledge that he must give an account for the Souls, which are entrusted to his care.

It needs to be clearly stated here and now that FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP, is NOT closed to the Daughters of GOD. Yet, the position of WATCHMAN is generally so and supported by the Word of GOD in most cases. However, in this particular area there have been exceptions to this rule. These exceptions are rare and must be dealt with on a case by case basis. Our Father has NOT set the way of the Woman for us to change His system, but to work within the examples that he has set. The WATCHMAN, position is NOT for the Daughters of GOD, under normal circumstances. They will NOT be considered for such positions, except by the need and the Leading of the LORD.
