TOWER OF DELIVERANCE FELLOWSHIP

In this Fellowship, there are TWO (2) levels to which we have WATCH-MEN in the general definition of the word. Their effective management of the LORD's House, provides an atmosphere whereby the Children can grow. At each of these levels the responsibility remains demanding and time consuming. These Individuals are selected to serve, because they have the type of Heart required to do so. The first level or Subordinate is the training ground for those so chosen for the next level, which we call HQS. In either case the Individual must be one who understands commitment and dedication to the House of GOD.

The WATCH-MAN of a Subordinate Operation is responsible for the Flock directly under his care. If he is called, it is to a "Pastor" by Ministry, which is a elevation from another Ministry in accordance with the Word. He is concerned with the Fellowship's growth and development, which is vital to its survival. His rule over the Flock is carry out in accordance with the Word of GOD. When an Individual is appointed to the WATCH-MAN position and is NOT a "Pastor" by Ministry, they will be addressed by their Ministry or assigned title to the WATCH-MAN's position, for that Operation. Again the title "Pastor' is reserved only for they who are Called (through elevation) by GOD. One can NOT just take the title (as many have done) "Pastor", but may be appointed "Bishop" or called by the assigned title for the WATCH-MAN, of that Operation. This is done to insure that the Children of GOD, do NOT confuse a Calling with an Appointment!

To understand how WATCH-MEN provide the necessary direction and guidance to the Executive Structure, we must review the selection process our Father used to choose them and NOT remain ignorant. This is NOT a position which is co-shared or inherited by off-spring, but one which the Heavenly Father fills according to His Will. Any who proclaim their right to the seat of FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP, is indeed the wrong choice for the job. We know that our Father selects the humble and NOT the proud to such duty. Through such a process the Individual may with Wisdom and Knowledge direct the course of the Body of CHRIST. In this Fellowship the WATCH-MEN Structure is as follows:
