LEADERSHIP

It is the CHURCH Apostle, to whom the LORD has blessed to lead this "Portion of the Body of CHRIST". As he can NOT do everything which is required, some task must be passed on to others to do. These Individuals must be selected to serve the rest and be found having a true desire to do so. These Individuals become what is accepted as "Staff', providing the necessary resources to do the work. The CHURCH Apostle, assigns each responsibilities for their specific areas and the smooth operation of the Fellowship. This group of selected Individuals are to be called HQS., Staff, because of the level of work they do. Again their duties or responsibilities are defined as Leadership or Functions within the Fellowship.

The need for proper FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP, has never been more required than in this day and time. There are so many so called Leaders of GOD, betraying the trust the LORD has placed in them. In these trouble times a Leader needs a Staff that he can rely on and depend on the information he receives from them. Such Staffs in this Fellowship are called by their level to which they are assigned. Basically there are only TWO (2) levels, to which Individuals may be assigned. These TWO (2) Staffs are as follows:

a. Headquarters
b. Subordinate

There are too many Individuals who come together to make the HQS., STAFF operate in an efficient manner. Still, time must be allotted for each Individual to fully grasp their role as a member of the HQS., STAFF. They have to grow into the position which means some adjustment time and time to develop a knowledge level which will enable them to function effectively. These times are planned for and may be extended by the CHURCH Apostle, on a case by case basis. On the HQS., STAFF there are THREE (3) Councils from which the CHURCH Apostle draws advice, they are:

a. Executive
b. Leadership
c. Functional
