LEADERSHIP
These positions will be filled as required and the Children of GOD chosen will serve in them as long as is required. However, it is intended for the Individuals in the positions to rotate every TEN (10) year period. This would be in conjunction with the FIVE (5) year FELLOWSHIP Planning Program. If required or necessary a FIVE (5) year rotation will be approved by the CHURCH Apostle, once its been justified. This rotation, will depend on the "needs" of the FELLOWSHIP HQS. and the "Leading of the LORD". It is important that the Individual know how essential they are to the mission. In reference to them continuing within the FELLOWSHIP, this is based on a series of factors, which must be discussed and reviewed within the HQS., Structure. Since there are many Individuals who are holding a position on the HQS., STAFF outside of the NEUTRAL Zone, it important that these Individuals be allowed to operate in their positions as freely as possible. All HQS., STAFF personnel abiding anywhere else other than the NEUTRAL Zone, (except for those Individuals who are SAINTS) will be under the direct control of Director of MINISTER'S Development Structure. They will NOT be under or assigned to a REGIONAL Elder, even when they abide in his Region. Supervision of their training, development, studies, growth, education and experiences will be controlled by this HQS. These Individuals include those who are located near a Subordinate Operation and provide support to that Subordinate Operation. They are NOT to be included as a part of the Subordinate Operation, but to be carried as Support or Special Staff. NO records are maintained on these Individuals as they are under the direct control of this HQS. Any REGIONAL Elder, may task these Individuals for support or assistance in his Region on a "as needed" basis. Any conflicts arising from this procedure should be directed back to this HQS. This does NOT authorize these Individuals to disregard Order and Structure set in this FELLOWSHIP. They will at every opportunity, make it their business to be at STUDIES or FUNCTIONS or ACTIVITIES which do NOT conflict with their HQS., responsibilities. Reporting their attendance with a Subordinate Operation will continue unless the Individuals are seldom there to make an impact.
