Organizational Structure

In this Portion of the Body of CHRIST, a Operational Structure has been designed to meet the unique requirements of this Operation in GOD. It has been reviewed and revised to provide a smooth transition of function from "top to bottom and vise-versa". A network has been set-up to insure events and functions are properly prepared for and executed. This Operational Structure will cover the Operational Procedures for every level of Fellowship within this "Portion of the Body of CHRIST".

All individuals involved in the day to day operation of any business are first taught the duties and responsibilities necessary in order to respond properly to the business of GOD. This Church will concentrate its Operational efforts in TWO (2) divisions:

A. Natural
B. Spiritual

So it must be even more so with the House of GOD. Here it is NOT just the matter of performing the work, but a system which is designed to coordinate how well we are executing our Father's Will. As a "Body" with many members of varying backgrounds it is important that Order and Structure meets the operational concerns of everyone involved in that "Body". The Operational Structure is created to bring a flow of Order & Structure, NOT to being a burden as we move forward in the LORD.

This task will be assigned to a Directorate whose sole purpose it will be to help the Fellowship; fulfill this area. The Directorate is the "Staff' enforcer of everyone adhering to the Operational Structure. Duties and Responsibilities will be established and monitor to determine whether or NOT we are following the proper Operational Procedures. It is important to identify the areas to which the Operational Structure covers, they are as follows:
