"OTHERS"

In the FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP, there are OTHERS that are considered Leaders in the Fellowship. These Individuals are NOT in the WATCH-Man's position, but provide just as valuable Leadership. They help to set the Standards and insure that they are complied with. It is through their examples that the Children of GOD, learn to be good followers and obey them that have rule over you. Some of these Leaders are fellow laborers in the work of GOD, assisting the WATCH-Man with their mission. These OTHERS, are helpers and are NOT under the Watchman as is the Flock, but subject to his position. Many of us often miss an important factor in our early development, that in order to be a good Leader; you must first be a great follower! There is much to understanding this Leadership Structure, as so many Individuals effectively contribute to the growth and development of the Children of GOD. We must NOT dishonor these dedicated Servants, by ignoring their counsel. GOD the Father, provides for us a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to draw from. Many do NOT understand their place in the scheme of things and try to overthrow the Overseer. They are the ignorant among us and it is to their shame that they act thus. A true Servant will NOT be mislead by any, but focus on the job or task assigned to them. OTHERS, require our being open minded and willing to receive what may be acceptable in the House of GOD.
