"SUBORDINATE OPERATIONS STAFF"

 

The SUBORDINATE OPERATIONS STAFF, like the HQS., Staff is also designed to assist the WATCH-Man in the proper rule of the Body of CHRIST. He is appointed to this position through a process which a combination of several elements coming together in agreement. Appointments to such positions come from the Fellowship HQS. (CHURCH Apostle). In some cases there are Fellowships which join this Work having a Watchman already in place. As for these cases this Leadership remains, unless other wise required to be moved. Still, it is the SUBORDINATE OPERATIONS STAFF, which forms the core of the Support Structure at this level.

These positions will be filled as required and the Children of GOD chosen will serve in them as long as is required. However, it is intended for the Individuals in the positions to rotate every FIVE (5) year period. This would be in conjunction with the FIVE (5) year FELLOWSHIP Planning Program. If, required or necessary a THREE (3) year rotation will be approved by the Subordinate Operation's Watchman, once its been justified. This rotation, will depend on the needs of the Subordinate Operation and the "Leading of the LORD". It is important that the Individual know how essential they are to the mission? In reference to them continuing within T.O.D.F., there is NO question of it. Moving on to other Works within the FELLOWSHIP are base on a series of things, which must be discussed and reviewed within the proper Subordinate Operation.

The importance of the SUBORDINATE OPERATIONS STAFF is essential to the day to day operations of the Subordinate Operation. This Staff provides the work power necessary to meet the needs of the Flock, which has been assigned to the Watchman They help him through their input to properly manage the Subordinate Operation. Each individual is selected by the Watchman to manage a specific function within the Subordinate Operation. The exceptions to this are those positions requiring a HQS., appointment based on the recommendation of the Watchman. Every member of the Staff is responsible for learning their job and being efficient in it. They are to become the experts, as the Watchman is a generalist in all, having understood their duties and responsibilities, they are provided the time to work and grow in the positions. Time, often is the best judge of true commitment and dedication to the job. They must relate to their job as a chance to serve the rest and being found a Faithful worker in the House of GOD. This SUBORDINATE OPERATIONS STAFF, is also comprised of several Councils, which provide the necessary "backbone" for the House of GOD. These Councils like at the HQS., advise and do NOT rule the Body. Only the Watchman is ruling, all others advise him through wise counsel. The Staff members work for the benefit of the Children of GOD, promoting growth and development at every level. This Executive Structure, is essential to any Operation which plans to endure in this Warfare.
