DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
These are specific programs, designed to meet the Personal education requirements of this Fellowship and others in general. They focus on developing the Individual from the beginning to the end of their journey. The Development Programs are NOT structured by a time system, but based on the individual's ability to complete them. It is the application of the specific Development Programs, which will produce the traits required to be learned by us all. The understanding of the concepts, which we are encouraged to embrace day by day, are reviewed at every phase. Each Development Program deals with a specific Concept, which is the central idea of the entire program, regardless of the additional Study Program. For all Development Programs an Individual must be qualified to be enrolled into the programs. All Development Programs have a certificate for enrollment and completion, which are issued at the appropriate time. A short description of the Development Programs will be listed below:
CHILDREN'S:
Is designed with the offspring of the Child of GOD in mind, requiring instruction and training in the Ways of the LORD. The Standards of Faith in GOD, the Christian Life Style, Church Conduct, a Relationship with GOD, and sharing His love with them. Focusing on the Spiritual and Natural development of this "Babe in CHRIST". It is the basic education of skills and understanding by way of the sincere "Milk of the Word of GOD.
NEW CONVERT'S:
Is designed with the very young Child of GOD in mind, requiring instruction and training in the Ways of the LORD. This NOT the same as the Christian Life Cycle Plan nor does it center on the same area, but is focused on the Spiritual development of the "Babe in CHRIST". It is the basic education of skills and understanding by way of the sincere "Milk" of the Word of GOD. The Conversion Study must be completed before enrolled into this program.
SAINT'S:
Is designed for the Child of GOD rooted in the foundation , requiring instruction and training in the application of the Ways of the LORD. Like the New Convert's Development Program, focus is on the Spiritual development of the "Saint in CHRIST". It is the basic education of skills and understanding by way of experiencing the Word of GOD. The New Convert's Development Program must be completed before being enrolled into this program.
CHRISTIAN LIFE CYCLE PLAN:
Is designed to help bring a total remake of an Individual in accordance with "Word of God". It is NOT a "brain washing" session or trying to make someone be what we want them to be! Through this Development Program, the Student alters their life according to the Plan of GOD and NOT man. Learning to deal with the World by the Spirit of GOD; cutting off the enemy in their affairs. The C.L.C.P., is there to remove the guess work on how one should be "CHRIST-Like". This Program is focused on the Natural example, by which we can be that light and glorify our Father.
DEACON'S/MISSIONARY'S:
Is designed with the sole purpose of training the LORD's appointed Servants to fulfill their role in the House of GOD. There can be NO Greater joy than that of developing a skilled Soldier for the Army of GOD. This specific Development Program is handled by the Leadership of the Church. This course is offered only to the Brothers or Sisters who have received an appointment to these positions in the House of GOD.
MINISTER'S:
Is designed for the Child of GOD rooted in the foundation, called into the Ministry by GOD. Such Individuals requiring instruction and training as the Minister of GOD, focusing on the Ways of the LORD. Like the New Convert's/Saint's Development Program, focus is on the Spiritual development of the "Minister in CHRIST". It is the basic education of skills and understanding, by way of living the Word of GOD. The Saint's Development Program must be completed before being enrolled into this program.
WATCH-MAN'S:
Is designed for the Child of GOD rooted in the foundation, selected or appointed by GOD to be over the flock of CHRIST. These individuals requiring instruction and training in Leadership application in the House of the LORD. The WATCH-Man's Development Program, focuses on the Spiritual/Natural development of the "Body of CHRIST". It is the basic education of skills and understanding by way of ruling the House of GOD, through wisdom and knowledge. The Minister's Development Program must be completed before being enrolled into this program.
FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY:
Is designed for the Child of GOD who has received the call of GOD into the Ministry. Thus being rooted in the foundation , requiring instruction and training in the application of the Ways of the LORD. These Five-Fold Ministry Development Program, focus is on the Spiritual development of the "Minister in CHRIST", as a specialist. It is the basic education of skills and understanding the specific working of the Ministry the Lord has asked you to serve Him in. The Individual must be enrolled into Minister's Development Program must before being enrolled into this program.
