CHURCH OPERATIONS

                                "REGIONAL ELDERS"

_

The Individuals who make this "REGIONAL" Watch Program effective, are the Elders in the Body of CHRIST. As the Ministers and Saints deploy to the Harvest Field, "points of contact" (P.O.C.) and assistance will be needed for them as they are traveling or relocating. This will be provided thru the REGIONAL Elders who are appointed over the Region by the CHURCH Apostle. Certain Elders will be selected by the CHURCH Apostle for the position of "REGIONAL Elders". After review of their qualifications, the selected Elders will be appointed to a specific Region to work. The "REGIONAL Elders" are tasked to be the Spiritual Leaders over the Region, within a specific Territory. These positions are given to the Men of GOD who have proven Faithful in the Gospel. The "REGIONAL Elders" will be required to travel thru-out the Territory or Region they are assigned. They are skilled in the Ministry of the LORD's Word and committed to serving His Children. These qualifications are a must for an "REGIONAL Elder":

1. Willingness to Serve

2. Skilled in the Word

3. Serve in the position of Elder over a year (exceptions may be granted by the CHURCH Apostle)

4. Completed Minister's Development Program

5. Season in the "Field"

6. NOT a Novice

7. Committed to the Gospel

8. Still seeking to grow in CHRIST

                        "NETWORK STRUCTURE"

The Fellowship "REGIONAL" WATCH Program, is divided into TWO (2) major Hemispheres based on the natural World geographical set up. These TWO (2) Hemispheres, we will call Western and Eastern as divided by the Meridian. The hemispheres will be composed of Territories and Regions. The Territories are the same as some already established nations, according to the World's Structure. A Region is a state or area within a Territory. Each Territory or Region as overseen by the "REGIONAL Elder" and are structured for support of the Saints. Outlined below is the structure setup for Worldwide application of Fellowship "REGIONAL" Watch Program.

There is NO position in this life that responsibilities are NOT associated with as a part of the job. So it is with the "REGIONAL Elders", they will be required to do much for the promotion of Growth in their Region. It is important for the "REGIONAL Elders" to seek the LORD in fulfilling these responsibilities as they arise. They must NOT assume that someone else can NOT be accepted at any level, especially this one. Each individual was provided an opportunity to turn down the position when first offered. We will NOT and can NOT have individuals in this position who will NOT serve the rest. It is no more than their "REASONABLE SERVICE" which is required of them! Let's look at these duties as set forth by the CHURCH Apostle:

1. Supervision of the Region, as the LORD leads.

2. Helping the Saints who relocate in the Region to stay in touch.

3. Give counsel to the Overseers, Coordinators and Instructors in the Region.

4. Help to establish and support works in the Region.

5. To conduct studies for the Saints and Ministers.

6. To make a cyclic visit thru the Region once a quarter.

7. Reviewing the standards and conduct of Fellowship members.

8. Monitor for the Saints and Ministers who are NOT a part of a Fellowship (TODF) or are fellowshipping somewhere else, but they are continuing their training and studies with TOWER OF DELIVERANCE FELLOWSHIP.

9. Ready to stand in for any Overseer or Coordinator who can NO longer fulfill his duties according to the Standards of CHRIST.

10. Coordinator for Seminars and encouraging Saints attendance to these Seminars.
11. Insure that information is disseminated thru-out the Region.

12. A status report will be submitted once a quarter to the CHURCH Apostle.

13. Recommendation for new applicants for the Minister's Development Program.

14. To see to the needs of the poor, the widows and the homeless.

15. Review Finance/Budget management policies on a semi-annual or as needed basis.

16. Review Study Group sessions

17. Provide Fellowship time for every Saint in the Region of responsibilities.

18. Do an Operational review on an semi-annual or as needed basis, that will be covered surrounding the Seminar time.
