EXECUTIVE STRUCTURE
The Body of CHRIST must be an effectively run family with an WATCH-Man to oversee its operation. This function is found in the "Helps and Governments" area of the Word. The Executive Structure is just one Operational Structure, which we will outline in this section. There are many Operational Structures that comprise a Fellowship, and "government" is just one.
The head must be effective, when functioning in Order & Structure, if the rest is to survive. Where there is a poor or week Executive Structure, there will be a weak Fellowship. The Fellowship with a strong Executive Structure will also develop strongly. So it is the Executive Structure which must be the directing core from which the Fellowship operates. All decisions for the direction of the Fellowship will be made by the Executive Structure through the Spirit of GOD! It is important that the Saints of GOD learn and understand this process in the Fellowship.
When the LORD required the seven (7) Churches to give an account of their actions; he dealt with their WATCH-Men. They were held accountable for the actions of the Fellowship and those that operated outside the standards of GOD. So, we must take hold and press our way to meet the standards in GOD's Word. It is the Executive Structure which must set the Fellowship in order with sound decisions. Many do not see nor understand the order structure and how we must function within it. Thus, is this overview presented for the instruction of the Children of GOD.

NOTE: The individuals holding the positions of Director on the Headquarters Executive Council should be "Elders" of the Body. These should be the most seasoned members of this "Portion of the Body of CHRIST."
The individuals holding a position in the Subordinate Fellowship Executive Council should be Elders, Ministers or "Seasoned Saints" in the Fellowship. They do not all have to be male members of the Fellowship and in many cases they will not be!
ORDER:
an authoritative communication by which the person addressed is directed to do something, command, a system of arrangements, classifications, or coordination of person or things, as by sequence or rank, a state of being arranged or classified under such a system, for a state of efficiency, neatness, or the like, (to ones affairs in order), a body or society of persons living by common consent under the same religious, moral, or social regulations.
As the STRUCTURES are bones to the human body, ORDER is the flesh or organs which carry out specific functions. Each ORDER or organ provides a essential service to the whole. All working in harmony and unity to accomplish a specific task. None able to operate very long without the other. In our body naturally, some other ORDER systems can cover for one another within a limited range, never completely able to do all the functions of the missing organ. ORDER, in the House of GOD reflects upon us in much the same way. Where there is NO ORDER, there is confusion and a lack of unity. Our Heavenly Father insured that this would NOT be the case with us and provided NOT only the STRUCTURE, but also the ORDER of things.
1. The LAW of the LORD is Perfect, converting the Soul.
2. The TESTIMONY of the LORD sure, making wise the simple.
3. The STATUES of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart.
4. The COMMANDMENT of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
5. The FEAR OF the LORD is clean, enduring forever.
6. The JUDGMENTS of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
7. The WAY of the LORD is perfect.
8. The WORD of the LORD is tried.
9. The LORD is my LIGHT and my SALVATION
10. The LORD is the STRENGTH of my Life
11. The SECRET of the LORD is with that fear Him.
12. The LORD is my ROCK, and my FORTRESS, and my DELIVERER; my GOD, my STRENGTH,
in whom I will TRUST; my BUCKLER, and the Home of my Salvation, and my HIGH TOWER.
13. The LORD is KING forever and ever
14. The LORD is my SHEPHERD- I shall not want.
15. The COUNSEL of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.
16. The LORD, REDEEMETH the Soul of the Servants: and none of them that trust in Him shall be desolate.
How sweet is the unity of the Children of GOD when they deal in the peace and Love that the Heavenly Father has established if we abide in the beauty of HIS "Will". This is the ORDER that our Father desires to see resting among HIS Children. It is to this ORDER that we invite others to come in and sit among us. Our Father that we do NOT strive for anything that would destroy the harmony and peace to which HE has brought us out of darkness into. This ORDER is seen thru-out the Word of GOD, in the Scriptures that teach us to embrace this divine ORDER, that all may be well with us in GOD. So much have we to gain and so much have we lost, because we failed to seek HIS ORDER in all things.
