Thru the Operational Structure, a standard system of Order & Structure is established and NOT left open to interpretations. Order and Structure will be used to insure that the proper action or process or event or function can be understood and accomplished. Published procedures will insure that we are on one accord and responding as such. It is important in our day and time for growth and development prevents attempts of fraud. It is hope that with centralized and uniform system of Order & Structure, that operation errors or confusion will minor.
However, just knowing the Operational Structure is NOT enough the compliance to it and the need to enforce the Standards of it, are essential. It is important the those who are in the positions to serve, understand their importance and role in doing so. So many times the effects of "weak" Leadership and lack of interest, causes more confusion. There is much to do and we must be found pressing our way to accomplish it. The Operational Structure, is and must be supported by TWO (2) essential elements. These elements reach thru-out the Church and provide a smooth Network by which Operational procedures may be enforced. These elements are as follows and will be discuss in this section:
